A story is something that describes the happenings of certain character's/characters' life, from how it starts till how it ends. The happenings can be in different categories; happy, sad, mysterious or scary; and it involves a moral right after the end of each story. A story is to be spoken or written to make the audience enjoy reading or listening to it, depending on how interesting the story is. And at the same time, they can learn the important morals of the story they knew.
